Larry Henke is a veteran trial attorney and legal advisor with more than two decades of experience representing business clients and individuals in high-stakes litigation across the U.S. and internationally. As the founder of Montana Henke Law Office, Larry combines extensive courtroom experience with a practical, business-minded approach shaped by years of in-house counsel work for two publicly traded companies, including a Fortune 500 manufacturing conglomerate.
Based in Montana and licensed in Texas, Larry now brings his deep legal acumen to serve not only businesses and professionals, but also individuals and communities in need. In recent years, he has increasingly focused on pro bono legal work, providing representation to those who cannot otherwise afford it—particularly in cases involving civil rights, wrongful treatment, and access to justice. His pro bono efforts reflect a core belief: that the law should serve not just the powerful, but also the vulnerable.
Whether defending companies in complex litigation or standing up for individuals in civil disputes, Larry’s approach remains the same: strategic, thorough, and grounded in integrity.
